PRIVACY POLICY

The Company reserves the right to revise this Privacy Policy; revised terms shall take effect three calendar days after public announcement on official website. Continued use of our services constitutes full acceptance of updated policy. This Policy is formulated in compliance with the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486).
1.1 Consent Confirmation
By browsing our website, downloading mobile application or completing account registration, users confirm they have fully read, understood and agreed to this Privacy Policy. Minors under 13 years old shall not register independently; guardian consent is mandatory for underage users to access all services.
1.2 Categories of Collected User Data
1.2.1 Voluntarily Submitted Personal Information
Account registration data: valid email address, user nickname, date of birth and self-set account password;
Payment relevant data: platform order numbers only, no sensitive payment credential collected;
Support ticket information: optional contact phone number and user-submitted problem description;
User-generated content: in-game chat messages, community comments and shared gameplay records posted voluntarily by users.
1.2.2 Automatically Collected Device Information
Device model, operating system version, device identifier, IP address, time zone, application crash log, in-game behavioral track and website browsing Cookie. Location permission is optional; users may reject location authorization without restricting core racing gameplay. Facial recognition feature is opt-in only, related data is stored locally on user device without server upload.
1.3 Legitimate Usage of User Personal Data
Core service delivery: account authentication, seasonal settlement and in-game item distribution;
Product optimization: analyze aggregated gameplay statistics to improve racing tracks, vehicle parameters and matching mechanism;
Legal compliance: provide required user data only upon valid legal warrant issued by Hong Kong court, Customs and Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data.
1.4 Permitted Information Disclosure
We never sell or trade user personal information to any third party. User data can only be shared under below limited scenarios:
Authorized payment processors : limited to order reconciliation information;
Licensed ad partners: fully anonymized device markers without identifiable personal information;
Government authority: formal legal request from Hong Kong competent regulatory institutions.
1.5 Data Storage & Information Security
All user data servers are hosted in Hong Kong. Personal data is retained during valid account lifecycle; all private information will be permanently erased within 30 calendar days after user’s complete account cancellation, except transaction records required to be reserved by Hong Kong law. We adopt SSL transmission encryption, enterprise firewall and internal staff non-disclosure agreement to prevent data leakage, tampering and unauthorized access.
1.6 Minor Personal Data Protection
All in-app purchases made by users under 13 shall be authorized and supervised by legal guardians. Guardians may submit valid identity certification to apply for underage accidental recharge refund following our Refund Policy.
